Zarechnoye is recruiting young professionals

Zarechnoe Group includes three key segments – crop production, animal husbandry and meat processing. The company is actively expanding, modernizing its existing production facilities, therefore, there is a shortage of qualified young specialists.

Graduates of specialized training areas remain invariably in demand: “Veterinary Medicine”, “Zootechnics”, “Technology of production and processing of livestock products”, “Technology of production and processing of agricultural products”, “Food products of animal origin”, “Agricultural mechanization”. Young specialists are accepted for a paid internship with the possibility of subsequent employment in the company.

Zarechnoye cooperates with sixteen educational institutions of higher and secondary vocational education in Voronezh, Kaluga, Belgorod, Kursk, Oryol, Tambov, Rostov regions and Krasnodar Territory. As part of the internship program, young specialists have the opportunity to try their hand at real professional activity, get their first work skills, integrate into the corporate culture of the company and receive a permanent job offer.

At the meetings, we talk not only about the products, products and prospects of the company, but also about career opportunities for young specialists, professions in demand, stages of targeted training of university students. The purpose of such meetings is vocational guidance for talented youth”.

Currently, students of the Oryol State Agrarian University are trained on the production line. This week there was a meeting with students of the Kon-Kolodez Agricultural College. The expressed interest of students charges positively and directs the company’s management to new goals and solutions.

Students interested in looking for work in Zarechny are interviewed by an employee of the HR department and a production manager. Attention is paid to academic performance, the level of theoretical training, knowledge of the basics of safe work, feedback from the mentor on the results of the internship.
