We’ve built our facilities in order to make sure we are always
able to produce the highest quality and safest beef possible.
We set a higher standard for ourselves than anyone else would demand.

For the production of beef under the Zarechnoe brand, we only purchase cattle from suppliers who have implemented systems in place to assure the safety and quality of the animals. This allows us to guarantee a consistently high quality product.

As for our Black Angus cattle used for Primebeef meat, quality here begins from genetics. 100% of the genetics we use have originated from the USA and comes from the world-top studs. Our bulls are adaptable, hardy, easy to raise and greatly esteemed for the quality of the beef, particularly its even marbling.

We process our beef at the technologically advanced processing facility at Stupino, Voronezh region. Through the use of CSB traceability system all products can be traced back throughout the whole production chain.
