The internal certification of accounting was successful!
One of the important factors in the effectiveness of any organization is a high level of qualifications of employees, that’s why the personnel certification procedure is a part of the Zarechnoe company policy in the personnel management area.
In this year’s summer months, the specialist’s certification of the Chief Accountant Service in the Central Office was carried out, the main task was to identify employees with the greatest potential to aim their further development and professional growth opportunities.
All twelve specialists, as a result of testing and interviews, demonstrated knowledge corresponding to qualifications. The best results were shown by Maria Cherbaeva, Svetlana Pateeva and Svetlana Novikova. According to the results of certification, they were included in the Program for the development of the personnel reserve.
In the near future – the competition for the title “Best in Profession” in the nomination “Best Accountant”, in which three employees of the company will take part. Let’s wish them good luck in achieving their goals!
