Veterinarians and livestock specialists of the Company passed the planned certification
June-October of this year the certification of specialists of the zoo veterinary and zootechnical departments of six divisions of the Zarechnoe Group was carried out: Bobrovskoye, Kamenskoye, Olkhovatskoye, Podgorenskoye, Babyninskoye, Fidlot. The greatest potential with the aim of their further development and opportunities for professional growth.
25 veterinarians demonstrated good training during the certification. According to its results, five were promoted to the category, three included in the Program for the development of the personnel reserve: A. Gridnev, S. Cherven, I. Chernikov.
Out of 18 zoo technicians who passed certification, two raised the category, one was sent for re-certification, four workers were included in the Program for the development of the personnel reserve: S. Popov, A. Sevostyanov, I. Gershan and L. Shubina.
