PRIMEBEEF™ at the Foodiez of Moscow festival

On may 30-31st was held in Moscow large-scale culinary art festival FOODIEZ OF MOSCOW, which gathered all gourmets and lovers of great food.

14 top chefs from Russia and Europe, among them the famous Italian chef Carlo Grecu, presented their most radical ideas, experimental dishes and vision for the future of gastronomy at the festival. Their goal is to present completely new concepts that may never be realized in the format of the restaurant, but separate ideas will form the basis for future meals and serve as inspiration for many cooks.

«Steak at Home» team for two days regaled guests of the festival with Beef Primebeef ™ steaks, grilled! The menu has been presented with Flank steaks and Picanha.

In conjunction with “Zarechnoye” CG Carlo Greco and his colleague Givi Hatisov submitted a BBQ Corner project. They surprised all the guests with a delicious focaccia sandwich with pastrami, Primebeef brisket and lush Italian cakes. Pastrami, cooked with the Texas technology – a true delicacy of the meat, has long become popular in the West. The festival Foodiez pastrami sandwich was cooked in front of visitors.
